Hi, I'm Sara, it's nice to meet you :)
I started out as a classroom teacher, and ended up an entrepreneur. For the last 5 years I've been growing my own businesses AND working with teachers and helpers as they grow theirs.
In my own work, moving from teacher to entrepreneur, I found that so many of the 'right' ways to sell felt TERRIBLE to me - slimy, salesy, uncomfortable, unkind - and feeling terrible didn't help me OR the people I wanted to help. I had to find another way - a way to sell that would allow me to be my weirdo-self AND help my people. I needed to find a way to sell that also felt like giving, helping, and building people up... and that's how Selling for Weirdos was born.
Over the last 5 years I've worked with well over 100 business owners to increase both their incomes AND impact, helping them find a way to sell that feels GOOD to them while allowing them to DO good in their businesses.
Selling for Weirdos is the result of years of working in my own business, with 1:1 and small group clients - it's all the skills and processes to make sales simpler by embracing GIVING that I wish I'd had right out of the gate. Selling for Weirdos is a self-paced course and the time line is entirely up to you. The *suggested* pace is one module a week (so 12 modules over 12 weeks), but if you want to go faster, or take more time both are fine. Since this course focuses on implementing what you're learning rather than just listening, most students actually take a little LONGER than 12 weeks to finish (typically 16-20 weeks).
One of the things that makes Selling for Weirdos different from the average course is our commitment to YOU through standard 1:1 support. 1:1 support is built directly into the course through the use of VideoAsk, which is an asynchronous voice/video conversation too. When you have a question, an idea, get stuck, or need support you'll just jump into the VideoAsk thread linked in the module you're working in and talk to Sara directly. Sara will respond directly back to you (within 24 hours during the week, or 48 hours on the weekend) with questions, ideas, suggestions, and/or coaching on how to move forward. This support gives you the best of both worlds - the ability to set your own pace and work on the course when it works for you, AND the ability to get exactly the help you need to grow, right when you need it.
